PIPING STRESS ANALYSIS

Thermal and Sustained Stress Analysis of high and cryogenic temperature piping and large diameter piping (ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, CSA Z662).

Scope Of Work For Pipe Stress Analysis

  • Static & dynamic thermal stress analysis for given load cases. .
  • Analysis for occasional conditions like wind loads, pressure relief loads due to safety valve operation.
  • Analysis and submission of stress report as per  Caesar II version 2018.
  • Code compliance & nozzle evaluation as per stress philosophy & equipment details/ allowable loads provided.
  • Stress analysis & Pipe support tagging for modified line.
  • Preparation of Stress report & spring hanger data sheet for defined lines.
  • Structure loading.
  • Seismic analysis as per response spectrum method as per site Spectra.
  • Dynamic loads due to pulsating flow / two phase flow with slug flow with min acceptable  frequency for transfer line.
  • HC lines to be analysed for Steam out condition as per process requirement.

Scope of work for Pipe supporting

  • Primary support tagging/ back checking of all IFC isometrics .
  • Preparation of spring hanger data sheet
